Introductory Class on The Work in Second Life

Want to try out a class in Second Life? (Second Life is a virtual world where you have a 3D character (an avatar) and can meet others, fly, play drums, dance, and much more...)
I run a class every Monday evening at 19.00hrs GMT. It lasts for 90 minutes.
The Class is on The Work by Byron Katie. The Work is a lazer-sharp tool for dealing with stressful thoughts.
If you would like to join, it is free. You need to log in to second life, and then send me an IM – My avatar is Olasofia Seelowe. I can then send you a Landmark. If you are familiar with second life, then look for the Wisdom and Enlightenment Island.
